An impossible position - Breast cancer excluded from Critical Illness Insurance

An interesting post regarding Medical & Health Policy:

If you are a female, diagnosed with an early form of breast cancer called Ductal Carcinoma In Situ (DCIS), you are put in an impossible position - you need to have the necessary treatment to remove it before it invades, but in doing so won't receive the money you need, because your critical illness policy only covers them "if it spreads". Before it spread as cancer, your policy consider it as non-cancer. So....
