A Cost Saving Measure + Malaysian Way = Headache

As a cost saving measure (in fact, it is a cost rationalization excercise as i divert the money to Digi), I went to TM Point Kota Damansara, Selangor, on 9.12.2010 to terminate my Telekom number as well as Streamyx, yet still received a full bill today for the month ended 26.12.2010.

I just wonder if TM's system was down and the termination record (of which I spent almost an hour just to get it done) was wiped out or somewhere went wrong. So, tomorrow I have to spend more energy and time to....

1. Scold TM people (of course, I will talk to them nicely)
2. Remind credit card company to refund (of course, they will direct me back to TM)

so much energy will be wasted for an ineffective and inefficient "Malaysian" way of doing business. Sad.....
