Do you have problem complaint to Telco?
My experience, no point talking to the "Customer Service" as they are well trained to handle issue under protocol and yet most complaint is not under their standard protocol.
Go to SKMM, a government website which is really effective as I have tried it out for my problem with TM, Maxis and Digi.
